Both units feature Sumitomo’s patent pending auto blade rotation technology that eliminates the time consuming and error prone process of height and blade rotation adjustments, thereby increasing user friendliness, speed, precision, productivity, and the extension of the cleaver’s maximum product life.

For user versatility, these precision cleavers also feature user selectable blade rotation options, backed  by an impressively long blade life. The FC-6RM-C includes a convenient scrap collector; the FC-6RS is available with or without the optional catcher.
